I think that there can be an enhanced form of concentration and focus on logistical matters and aspects if there is a hiring of third party logistics providers (3PLs). This is because a completely different organization can look after the logistical matters and aspects rather than the parent organization which hires the third party logistics providers (3PLs) for outsourcing the work of looking into logistical matters and concerns. There can be flexibility of logistical operations by providing instructions to the third party logistics providers (3PLs). There can also be money saved because third party logistics providers (3PLs) can be paid less in comparison with in-house training of logistics to in-house employees and costs incurred by the parent company on setting up in-house logistics.
